Privacy policy (GDPR)

Contact: info@dstactics.com. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); this page fulfils our information duty under Article 13 GDPR.

What data, why, and on what legal basis

  • Orders of courses and goods — full name, e-mail, phone, billing (and shipping) address, ordered items, payment reference and payment details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Phone verification — the phone number you leave us; calling back and verifying the inquiry is a safety condition of our courses. Legal basis: legitimate interest in training safety and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Contact form — name, e-mail, phone and the message content. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in handling your inquiry.
  • Reviews — the name (or nickname) and text you send us yourself; published only after approval. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by e-mail.
  • Recipient name on a voucher — if you provide it with your order, we print it on the gift voucher. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Medical fitness for airborne courses — we only check the medical certificate; we do not keep copies.

Who we share data with

Only to the extent necessary: our web hosting and e-mail provider, the bank (payment processing), carriers (delivery of goods), our accountant, and public authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA and we use no automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep data

Order data and tax documents for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (typically 5–10 years). Inquiries and correspondence for at most 2 years after the last contact. Reviews for as long as they are published, or until consent is withdrawn.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising systems. We measure traffic with the self-hosted Umami tool — cookie-free, with no data shared with third parties, in aggregate form only.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
